Can I return or exchange my order if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Sorry, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes or buyer’s remorse because each item is printed on demand just for you.
What if my order is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
If your order arrives with a printing error, damage, or the wrong item, we’ll replace it for free or issue a refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
What if my package never arrives?
- For U.S. orders, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- For international orders, reach out within 60 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our print partner to resolve the issue.
How do I request a replacement or refund?
Email us at support@barkytees.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We’ll take care of the rest!
Do I send the item back to you?
Nope — please don’t send anything back. Our items are made-to-order through our print partner, so returns can’t be processed at the shipping address on your package.
